Thanks to all who has answered previous posts - you have helped me a lot.

We plan on having a Beauty & The Beast Christmas theme.

Ceremony @ Wedding Pavilion at 2:30 p.m.
Reception following @ St. James Room at The Boardwalk

I haven't seen too many B&B themed weddings online. Would love any suggestions about floral, food, decorations, etc.

Thanks, Lisa

Have you seen the B&B table decor package ( I think it it $$$$) but if you have it is beautiful! Small touches can make it...like the music "be our gust" during dinner...place cards with small B&B characters saying please be our guest at table___ etc. Definitly use red roses lol!

Evilina...that is great those tables are beautiful...the cake is such a great idea!

Hi!

I would do:
A red rose at each place setting. In fact, red roses everywhere.

Possibly your centerpieces could incorporate a red rose under a glass globe? Centerpieces should be key-- remember that people stare at it the entire night. Some should have candleabras (for Luminaire) and some should have clocks (for Cogsworth) and all should have tons of red roses.

The cake for sure-- Belle's castle

Your dress should be just like Belles! If you don't want to wear a yellow gown, check out the gowns by Saison Blanche. They have quite a few belle-esque gowns that are still white.

Your first dance should be to "Beauty and the Beast."

Instead of coffee after the meal, you could serve Tea in little tea pots.

All your paper goods shold have the disney Beauty and the Beast logo or emblem-- your programs, invitations, menu cards, etc. You could put the song lyrics to a song from the movie in the back of the program.

Walk down the aisle to an instrumental version of a song from the movie.

Choose a few signature drinks to serve at the wedding and put together little "menus" for the drinks and place them at the bars-- name the drinks after characters. Like, "Gaston's Gimlet" or "Mrs. Pot's Spot of Spritzer."

Have Disney project scenes from the movie on a screen at your reception. No sound, just the images.

Will there be kids at the reception? If so, set up a little corner for them with lots of yellow and red pillows and blankets and have the movie playing for them. Or better yet, have Belle come in and do story hour for them in a corner in the middle of your reception! The parents will love the break!

Oh, I forgot a few...

Didn't Belle love books? You could hit garage sales and find a bunch of leather-bound books and stack them up around the bars, gift table, guest book table, etc.

Guest book should be Beauty and Beast too-- MMMM, not sure how, though.

Food-- you could name the food after characters. I would serve sometihng like cornish game hen, filet mignon, or duck. Something country french. Dessert should be totally french, like creme brule or crepe suzettes.

OK, one more.

Instead of doing placecards, you could get a huge scroll of paper and have your calligrapher write everyone's name and table number on the scroll. Make sure you burn the edges of the scroll a little bit and use a think aged paper. when I say big, I mean make the scroll about 6 feet long and about 2 feet across. Your florist can set the scroll up and arrange it with flowers.

Gosh, I can't believe how many great ideas you came up with. Thanks so much for everything. I'm going to consider them all. Of course, I'll post my pics afterwards.
