We have 2 children, ages 14 and 10. When they were younger they liked the Italian restaurant in EPCOT, which is now Tutto Italia. We have been to Tutto Italia and they still liked it.
They also like Chefs de France. For a nice Anniversary dinner, this would be my choice. The food is very good and the service is good as well. Even though it is a more upscale atmosphere, it is still very kid friendly.
On our trip last year, we went to Citricos at the Grand Floridian and our kids loved it so much it is the one place we will be returning to on our trip this December. They were a bit older than your kids at the time, however.
I think I'd steer clear of the Mexican restaurant. Our kids liked the chips and salsa they put on the table, but that's about it. Personally, I found my appetizer to be way too spicy for my tastes, and I usually like spicy food! DH isn't a big fan of this restaurant either. The atmosphere is nice, but that's about it.
DH and I had dinner at Jiko 2 years ago without the kids. It was very, very good and we enjoyed it a lot. I know our kids grabbed the leftovers we brought back to the room and had them gone in a flash, but otherwise I can't comment on how kid friendly it is.
Have a Happy Anniversary!
