Suggestions for a quiet light lunch in MK?

Does it have to be in the MK? If we're looking to linger--or rest--a bit over lunch, we usually grab the monorail to the Contemporary (Contempo Café) or Polynesian (Kona Café). Way fewer crowds and less noise, and not inconvenient at all.
