However this trip we are not renting a car and using the hotel shuttle.

I'm looking for suggestions for car services, ones you've liked or had problems with. We're 3 adults and 2 children.
One will be in a car seat, that we can bring but would be easier if they provided.
How far in advance do you schedule trips and services.
Thanks again. I've read about MEARS but it seems since we are a larger party its probably cheaper or around the same for just a private service. We will not need to stop at all, directly to and from hotel on International Drive.
