Suggestion for those going to BB this summer

At AK yesterday I was talking to a few people while waiting for the parade. They said that they had planned on going to BB but when they boarded the shuttle, they were informed that BB was closed to capacity. They were very surprised.

If you are planning on going to BB this summer, they do often close to capacity. When this happens, instead of letting people in by 5 people leave, 5 people can enter, they will not let anyone park until 2:00. At this time you can park and enter the park. Normally alot of people are leaving at this time and by late afternoon (if you don't get rained out), the wait times for the rides aren't to bad.

I know it can vary from day to day, but generally speaking, what time approximately do you think they reach capacity? And then, if you go after 2:00, do they ever reach capacity again and not allow any more in?

The reason I'm asking is that we are coming from somewhere else and probably wouldn't get there till late morning --this would be on a Friday, and would be the only day we could fit in BB. (I probably could push things and try and get there earleir if necessary.)

Also, can you get a hand stamp, and leave and re-enter BB later in the day? Are the lines still long in the late afternoon?

We have tried to go at noon before and they have been at capacity. From what I have read, some people get there up to an hour before it opens to get chairs, so it could close pretty quick. Usually when we go in at 2:00 there are tons of people leaving, so I don't think closing a second time to capacity would happen. Not sure about the hand stamp either. I know some people go out to their cars to eat lunch and what not so I am sure you can re-enter. Have a great time!
