Is there any thing I can get at the restaurans other than desert? Desert twice a day is a bit much, and there are some things I would like to use my snack credits for.

I hear ya - All this planning is giving me a sugar rush - but I'm sorta looking forward to it because I really don't do much sugar year round.

Technically, they are not supposed to substitute anything for dessert, but some restaurants are more flexible defining "dessert" so some restaurants will let you choose fruit for the dessert...or get a milkshake instead of dessert. You can ask -- the worst that could happen is they'll tell you no. But you might get your share of pixie dust, too.:goodvibes

At the CS places you might be able to get yogurt or fruit.

At TS, I'm sure you can get fruit.

Some people take the dessers and eat them for breakfast-I didn't but did eat one late at night, before bed.

I think most of the resort food courts have a wider selection of "dessert" options than the park CS locations. At Pop Century last month, we were allowed mixed fruit, apples & caramel dip, side salad, carrots and celery with ranch dip, cheese nachos, etc.

You can ask for fruit or an alternative dessert at both CS and TS. You can also get a dessert to go. You cannot substitute an appetizer or anything else from the menu for your dessert. (Some CS MIGHT allow you, as an alternative to fruit, to get something like a bag of chips - but TS will not do that sort of substitution)

The kids menus usually have fruit on them for the dessert, so getting that shouldn't be an issue.
