What are your faves? Our adr's are:
Kona
Raglan rd
Ohana
Boma
San angel inn
Rose and crown
Cali grill
Artist point.
Some do not appear to have a sugar free option

I love the No Sugar Added Apple Stacker at Kona. Just had it for the second time. I don't usually worry about avoiding sugar while at WDW (because of all the walking I do) but this dessert is my favorite on the Kona dessert menu.

I haven't eaten at any of you restaurants in a while, but can say that the sugar free desserts are really great everywhere I've been. I don't need to eat sugar free, but often order it anyway because they are so good!

There is a berry jelly (i think americans call it jello) dessert at the Grand Florida Cafe. One of the best desserts I have had at WDW, included the full sugar ones. Its not on your list, but we had a lovely meal there, so much so, we will be going next year.

Of the ones you've chosen I would drop Ohana's, if it a family style platter.

No way am i dropping O'hana :goodvibes
i am on a very high protein very low carb diet and Ohana is perfect (except the bread, and noodles, which i am used to avoiding anyway) i may indulge in a bite or two of the bread pudding unless they have a no sugar added alternative! Thanks for the heads up though :thumbsup2 :goodvibes

I've done Disney while trying to stay on a low carb diet. There is so much protein to enjoy at 'Ohana that I think it's a must-do, and a small taste of the bread pudding is a good idea... Just know that after the first bite, you're gonna need a lot of will power!

Desserts are always tempting, but I learned that I can often take the edge off with a little fruit or just a small portion of whatever dessert it is that I want to try - I'd often share with others. After a meal, it is easy to get full and only want a small taste of dessert anyway. If you're walking around as much as most people do in Disney, your body will probably be able to get away with a slightly higher intake of carbs... Just be sure not to neglect the protein!

At Ohana, ask if they will bring you a small separate bowl of sugar-free ice cream. They can generally 'borrow' it from Kona, since it is right next door. That way you can have a bite of the bread pudding, or maybe use a spoonful or two of the bananas foster sauce on your ice cream, without feeling awkward while the rest of the family has dessert.

Great idea about the sauce on sugar free ice cream :thumbsup2
That way i an avoid the "pudding" entirely, as it is the sauce that makes it! Luckily "the rest of the family" consists of my diabetic hubby who need to be careful too!
