SUCCESS WITH OLAF'S PICNIC??

I logged at midnight for my 120day mark for my October
cruise and Olaf's picnic was already sold out which means that only concierge has reservations for it!! Anybody getting a reservation at their 120day platinum mark for the picnic?

I've got my fingers crossed that we get an Olaf's picnic spot, but being as though this is a new ship everybody will want it and I know it will be full each time, shoot royal tea still books up. I'm only a Silver member now lol (I'm going to work my way up there) Does the Concierge guests mark open up before the 120 days platinum members? I better start picking up overtime at work now LMAO Concierge is so expensive especially when we only went to the room the sleep I feel like I wouldn't reap the benefits of it.

I feel your pain! Yes- concierge opens up at 130 or 135 day mark. And I know what you mean about the price difference especially since I now have to have two staterooms that I pay for since my family is growing!

you know what I'm just going to take the throw blanket off the bed in the stateroom and have a picnic of my own with a little olaf stuffed animal on the floor outside the restaurant, everyones invited its a free party! just bring your own food from the buffet.

We’re doing a Merrytime cruise and I know it’ll be sold out, I’ll have my fingers crossed but definitely not getting my hopes up

One of the reasons I switched from Wish to Fantasy is I wanted a chance to do something special with DD (either Olaf or princess tea) and didn’t feel like I had a shot with Olaf. For the money that it costs to go on Wish, I didn’t want to feel like I was missing out cause I couldn’t get a reservation. So, we will be waiting to try Wish when the hype calms down some (or maybe when I eventually make it till at least gold which will still be another year or so cause I need to go on 2 more cruises and I have those booked for Oct. 22 and Sept 23)

Sure doesn’t incentivize working to Platinum if no matter what concierge guests can scoop things up! Currently Silver, will be Gold after our HOTHS cruise this October. We have three cruises coming up in Oct/Nov/Dec and then Jan/April/Sept of 2023. Our Nov & Dec sailings are concierge and we aren’t even sailing to Castaway Cay - so I’m not sure what benefits other than the obvious will be.

Seems curious that loyalty isn’t rewarded as much as sailing concierge. I can see why people have complained that there needs to be an overhaul of the system, adding a double platinum or switching things up.
