I just ate half of the chicken ranch wrap..............GAWD that was good.
I wuld have eaten the whole thing but eating at this time is a no no. I made an acception because I skipped BKFT and had a snack for lunch and very small dinner (not even enough to sit). So about this subway thing. I was reading on another thread about the wrap being low carb and can be added to any sandwich.......
If this is true, anything they sell could be wrapped up in this wrap then huh? I am wondering how many net carbs just for the wrap. anyone know? I am not on atkins just low carb. I would love to be able to be out somwhere and be able to get a sandwich with lunch meats and not have to worry about what its on.

We found the "wrap" for the Subway wrap at our local Top Foods grocery store (Hagen Markets is the parent company) - it is also advertised at our local Fred Meyer (Kroger is the parent company). The wrap itself is 4 net carbs.

I had the turkey bacon wrap at Subway last week and had them warm the wrap w/meat and cheese before having them add some lettuce and tomato & mayo. I also used the wrap from the store last week and decided that it tastes much better warm than eating it cold.

We also found low-carb torillas and Top Foods store brand bread - both are 4 net carbs per slice/torilla.

Renee, I did some digging around on Subway's website. The wrap itself is listed as 16 total carbs with 11 carbs of fiber. That means there are 5 net carbs.

Hope this helps!

I got a regular turkey with all the stuff in it, in a wrap instead of bread. They charged an extra 50 cents for the wrap. It was pretty good! I think they're a little better warm, but it still wasn't bad!

Had the turkey with mustard and all the veggies today. I didn't like it warm, because I thought it got very slippery and gooey. I will definitely ask for mine cold next time. I am going to try to figure out how many carbs in the whole thing.

Anyone know?

I think the turkey wrap is 11 net carbs and the chicken bacon ranch is 8 net carbs.

I love the new wraps!! I am so glad the fast food/restaurants are finally waking up to the low carb eating!!:bounce:
