Stupid Volcano won't dry....

J.C. has a volcano due tomorrow and we used the cement stuff from Wal-Mart but it isn't drying ... its been done all night. So we put it out in the sun a while ago...we need it to dry so we can paint it.

Any suggestions? Is putting it in the sun okay?

you know, I'm going to try both...LOL! The funny thing is they are having to do these because THEY wanted to. The teacher wasn't going to make them do it but the kids loved the idea. Of course J.C. can't wait to do the "experiment" and make it erupt but I keep telling him the stupid thing has to dry first!
