But, I have to know. If you are standing some where & Pal Mickey suddenly tells you that the line is short for a certain ride, are all of the guests w/ pal mickeys getting the same info? Do they all start running for the once shortest line, which will now become the longest line? When Pal Mickey says the parade is about to start, do all the Pal mickeys say it at the same time? I was just wondering. :)

the thought that all mickey's might say the same thing at the same time sounds "evil" almost.....

maybe you should get a big group of them together and see, but then again mickey talking like that makes me feel like he is possessed. :earseek:

I am not totally sure this would happen. (Everyone getting the message at the same time.) He seems to know where you are in the park from the sensors placed around the park, and not everyone with a Pal Mickey would necessarily be in the same place at the same time.

We did recieve his message that the shows were about to start and only once did we get a "short line for a ride" message.

I love my Pal Mickey but it is rather scary the way he tells you stuff!!::yes::

The answer is a definite no,

I can say this because i am standing in line with pal Mickey, and the family in front of us had one too....aftewr about 5 minutes mine did that little giggle I have grown to love to let me know he had something to say...he told me there was a short line for Pooh, the other family sneered at us cos theirs said nothing. BUT when I got to Pooh there was NO lines BECAUSE they had to close it for repairs. I almost put Pal Mickey in the Pal Garbage can for being misleading, but I love the lil guy

Oh Minky! Mickey must have been mistaken, he would never intentionally lie to anyone. :) I'm going to buy on next week in hopes that he will keep the children entertained while standing in line. I'm relieved that he won't be telling all of the guest the same info. :)

He will DEFINETELY keep everyone entertained...he tells a LOT of corny jokes (but cute) but I loved all the great things he pointed out walking around, I knew a lot of Disney secrets before owning him, but having him was like going for the first time...hes GREAT in Animal Kingdom, he tells you so much about the animals and loved him in MK

Can someone explain Pal Mickey to me? I've never heard of it before!

Thanks,
Laura

Pal Mickey is a plush toy with a mini-computer inside. In his nose there is a sensor that responses to sensors in and around the parks. He wiggles and you press his hand and he provides informations or tells a corny joke. The cost is around $60.00 and he is for sale in the resort gift shops and shops inside the parks. You can also rent him for the day at a cost of $8- $10.

I biought mine two years ago and he will be on his third with us this week!! He provides lots of information and he is lots of FUN!!
