Stupid move....delete a ticket from the app?

I don't know which forum "stupid moves" go under, but I can't figure out how to fix this on my own.

After purchasing our WDW tickets, I put them both on my phone before my husband put his on his phone. Consequently, he can't load the ticket on his phone and I can't figure out how to delete it off my phone. Anyone have any ideas?

Tickets aren't actually "on" one phone or another. Tickets are linked to individual people's profiles in MDE. If you and your husband each have your own MDE account, you need to be linked to each other through the Family & Friends list. That lets MDE know that the "Jim Smith" in your F&F list is the same "Jim Smith" who has his own account and is your husband.

Is your husband's ticket linked to his profile in your MDE account's F&F list? If so, and his MDE account is properly linked to his profile in your MDE account, he should be able to see and use his ticket.

If his profile in your MDE F&F list is not properly linked to his MDE account, then you might need to call the MDE IT folks at 407-939-4357.

Or do you mean you loaded his ticket to your phone's wallet via MagicMobile? On my iPhone Wallet, if I tap on the little "i" in the upper right corner of my ticket, so that I can see my name, etc., I can scroll all the way to the bottom and click on Remove Card to remove it from my phone. If your husband's ticket is in your phone's wallet, you should be able to do the same thing (or similar, if it's an Android phone).

Thanks Carolyn. Our issue needed a CM with internet expertise to fix it (and I still don't know what she did!) But now he has our tickets on his phone. Think it was an issue with his MDE account.
