When your signal is not good, is that because of the service provider or the phone itself? I upgraded my phone from the free one I got last year to a pretty nice one (Samsung 205) and I am getting no reception anywhere inside.... at all!!!! It's actually worse than my other one... at that's the whole reason I upgraded!!!!

Thanks!!

P.S... I have TMobile.

Kim--unfortunately, it can be a little of both.

It can be poor coverage in some areas. It can be the phone (I know my older one was notorious for dropping calls, should not be an issue with your new one) And, I know that some buildings have too much interference to allow them to work at 100%. I work for a company that SELLS the phones, and I cannot get a signal inside my building unless I go stand by a window.
