Stupid AP ?

I bought my first Universal AP when I was down there a few weeks ago. I'm trying to log into the AP site. The PIN# is obvious, but I've tried entering every set of numbers on the pass and can't seem to find what they want for the ID. Can someone please tell this idiot what they're wanting?

The I'd is the long number under the bar code

The ID number is the first part of the number under the barcode. There are two parts there. Just enter the part that ends the same as your pin#.

I just tried the site and it is running.

Thanks! I could have sworn I'd already entered that number, but I guess not. It worked that time. What I really wanted to do was check AP rates for the last week of Oct, but I guess they're not out yet. Does anyone have any idea what they usually run? Also does Universal have any kind of pick up service for the airport, like Disney's Magical Express? If not then what's the best and cheapest way to get from the airport to Universal, then after a few days from Universal to Disney (with luggage). Thanks again!

On the drop down box under partner programs click on promotion.
Then where it says, type in code, type APH

Mine won't work on the website since I have an old plastic AP with my picture on it.

I have never gotten into their passholder site easy.. and I am talking years of being a passholder. My present number doesn't go in either & I have had the same number for the last 3 years! I renewed over the phone & used same card..

I just got an AP and it is a paper (stronger than) squarish ticket. Is this the one I use at the turnstile or do I need another one. This is my first visit to US, so I'm not really sure.
