Stuffed animals in room on arrival

Hi all.....had an idea of having a special treat in the room waiting for my parents when they arrive but did not know if Disney will do this or not. Has anyone ever done this? If so what did it cost you? Any ideas for surprises for 60 something parents? How hard is it to get it into the room they will have, worried about the room being changed and gifts lost....

I wouldn't plan on the gifts being in the room when they first get there. Until they are checked in the room could be assigned to someone else.
