Studio's VS. 1,2&3 bedrooms

I was just wondering which seem to sell out faster, the studios or the other rooms? I am new to DVC and have yet to visit while being a DVC member. We have points for SSR but we are wondering if we should purchace more. Right now there is enough for two studios one year and a two bed room the following year. Depending on the situation there could be between 2 to 8 people per trip. But I think it is save to say the average trip will have 6 people. I'm wonderin if it would be better to book a two bedroom when we travel with our extended family. Or should I just buy more points so we have enough for three studios each year?

accordingly to MS - studios and 3-bedrooms - sell out the fastest.

Of course I haven't asked lately. that was several years ago.

then I think it was 2-bedroom - the 1-bedroom they generally had the longest.
