Studios Parade - best place to stand??

We've not been to the Studios since they changed back to a parade with no show in the podium. Has the Parade changed a lot and where is the best place to stand?? thanks

it really doesn't matter where you stand for it Ali, as its just a drive-past of the cars. No extra characters, no show stops, its most definitely a big come-down from the old Cars n Stars we knew and loved .

So anywhere along the route from Flying Carpets to the stage near Cinemagique will do.

Thanks Elaine. I thought that might be the case - such a shame with all they've done for the 20th that they've not done anything different with the Studio's Parade.

The one nice thing we found about it now is that it is was not necessary to queue for a place to view any more. We just walked up to the route just before the parade started. Not sure what it would be like at capacity crowd but it felt very relaxed earlier this month.

Thanks I'm expecting it to be quite busy when we are there Jubilee bank holiday week; but as we took lots of photo's of the Cinema Parade last year; might be nice to just roll up at the last minute and watch the parade from a distance.
