Hello We are staying at the bwv for the first time and as new DVC members. Can anyone who has visited here before give me a few good room numbers which are near the lobby or elevators. I have been reading how some rooms are quite a hike and with 3 children and grandma and grandpa along I would like to close to either of these. Thank you

Rather than listing room #'s on your reservation, you are better off just requesting "close to elevator". If you list room #'s and they are not available, they will just put you anywhere not knowing why you requested them. Do you have 2 studios? Be sure to request that they are close to each other, I've heard of cases where 2 reserved rooms were far apart, different floors, etc.

Also give them the reason. I think a request for close to the elevator because we have two elderly parents and two small children carries more weight than just a request for close to the elevator.

I always request "a quiet location away from elevators, ice and vending because I'm a very light sleeper". I've usually had good luck getting a great location for my needs.
