Studio availability mid-May

Are there any studios "generally" available in mid-May about 3 months out. And if so, which ones? Thanks.

You won't know until you book but SSR usually has inventory available.

F&G is scheduled through May 19th.

Generally, studios usually get booked up first because they require the fewest number of points.

I generally book a early to mid-May trip each year with "leftover" points for the year that were not used at one of our home resorts. So I'm booking at 7 months, and have never had trouble getting exactly what I've wanted (we've stayed at BCV, AKL, BLT, and will be at OKW this upcoming May).

May is not in terribly high demand (and overpriced in relation to many other periods, IMO.) Booking at 7 months will typically yield many different options.

But just 3 months out, thousands of other owners have had many weeks to book the smaller and more popular locations. SSR is pretty much a given. OKW and AKV tend to be the next-to-last to fill but impossible to tell what will be left just 3 mos out. Other resorts are a possibility but it's mostly a case of stumbling into a recent cancellation.

Last year, I booked a Memorial Day weekend trip in March and had no problem getting SSR.

I checked constantly and actually ended up getting it switched to a standard view room at Jambo House which was great.

So, even though just SSR had all my nights to start, by the time the trip came, things had changed.

And, this was a holiday weekend so I would think getting something should be possible.

I just booked late May (May 25-June 1) in a studio. We're doing a split stay with four nights at OKW & three nights at BCV. This is exactly what we wanted.
