Stuck on rides...

I've been stuck so many times on so many different rides. The worst, without a doubt, was It's A Small World. The two little creepy clowns in the balloon kept waving at me over and over while that stinking music kept on going. I think we sat there about a half an hour.

I was about to ask if anyone had been stuck on Its a Small World besides me! I'm surprised youre the only one. We were stuck on it last March for about 30 mins, that song gets EXTREMELY annoying after awhile! lol My daughter was so annoyed, as was everyone else. They didn't even give us any fastpasses or anything to compensate. I guess because that particular ride doesn't have fastpasses. ANY fastpass would've done.... really!

We were stuck on Small World several years ago too. It was at a time when my youngest LOVED that song so he was happy. The rest of us were NOT! Sounds like we've been fortunate though. Never stuck anywhere for more than half hour and never at a trying place in the ride!! You'd think they'd be able to mute the sound during a stop!

ive been stuck on a few rides, mostly splash pirates and small world once...


now being stuck on small world is the worst, that song going on and on makes you want to kill someone, now splash is number 2 on that list for the same reason. i was stuck at the end with all the singing and it was almost as awful as small world.

pirates was kinda cool to get stuck on because you have a lot of time and you are really see some of details you wouldnt have seen otherwise.

We were stuck on the tower of terror, right during the up and down. Seems like everyone on the elevator was scared, with many people crying. We were not sure if we were up or down or stuck in the middle somewhere. Not a fun experience although we got to see a lot of the back area.

i was stuck on that ride for almost an hour when i was 9 and my extreme dislike for that ride, and that song still has not gone away

I am curious, when RnRC gets stuck, is it only at the beginning or end or has anyone actually been stuck in the middle of the roller coaster? I can't imagine going that fast and coming to a stop.

I thought the same thing when we were stuck ( right near the end)

And am I the only one that's always a little nervous about the possibility of getting stuck on the mountain on EE?

Nope. Almost every ride break down I listed on the first page was from one trip, my most recent 2011. It is something I will now think about when choosing rides and may forever skip RnRCoaster because that terrified me.

Pirates of the Caribbean for 45 minutes...right where the bridge is with the pirate's leg hanging down...so close to the end. They turned off the audio 1/2 hr into the wait. We received a fastpass at the end

Back when POTC was about two weeks old, we were stuck in the exact same spot. I was about 9 yrs old at the time. It was between christmas and new years in 1973.

We got stuck on HM for about 20 min. That was MISERABLE for my poor DD who was 5 at the time. She freaked out in the stretching room and just wanted to get that ride done with...then we got stuck inside the ride.

We also got stuck on TT for about 30 min...after multiple stops and starts. We'd move a short distance in the ride, then stop for 10 min or so, move a little bit again, then stop for a few minutes. It was super annoying and hard to get excited about the last part of the ride.

Got stuck on ToT..we were in the complete darkness for about 5 minutes, then another 15 min., till we got off. Didn't bother me much, but I know my DW would have freaked out if she was with me.

We got stuck on Splash Mountain for 50 minutes before they finally evacuated us in January. It was definitely an interesting experience.

For the first 30 minutes we had to listen to this worst sounds ever, over and over again... Below is a link to a video my husband took of me while we were stuck, 10 minutes into our adventure. They finally turned the noise off after 30 minutes.

Got stuck on living with the land for an hour, had to be walked off and had ADRs for Coral Reef. It all worked out, they let us in late plus got to tour some of living with the land backstage.

Man, what. The ride is called "Spaceship Earth" dagnabbit!

Only one I got stuck on last trip was Splash Mountain...right at the exit, ironically. Some of the people around us were climbing off onto the docks but we just hung out and got free fastpasses for our patience.

While that's probably noooot much fun either, I'd rather get stuck there than where we were.

Brer Bear being stung while screaming in your ear, along with the bees buzzing and hearing "Everybody's Got a Laughing Place" over and over again is what I'd say is the worst place to be stuck on Splash.

Zip-a-dee-doo-dah over and over vs. everything we had to hear at a really high volume... I choose Zip any day.

Carousel of Progress, very last scene, and it kept repeating over and over again, probably were there 20 minutes maybe 30, felt like an hour, but I took a flash photograph picture during the wait, damn the rules!!!

No sorry, no fastpass, nothing though afterwards.

I do wonder what the policy is for evacuating people, is it a huge union thing where they need a union engineer to first look at it, and be the one to OK an evac.

i was stuck in the haunted mansion last year. i was in "the marriage room". but i was stuck for about maybe 5 minutes.

My dad, brother and I got stuck on Space Mountain. We were on the lift hill, and the ride stopped. We sat and sat and sat.....they stopped the music and the lights came on. You could see all the track and everything. We sat there another 10-15 minutes before a CM came up. They had cleared the track, so they manually overrode the system and sent our car down the tracks. We were screaming louder than normal, even though we could see the tracks. Everyone in the queues below were laughing and pointing at us.

I have been stuck on ToT, PotC, Splash, BTMRR, Ellen's Energy Adventure, TestTrack, Dinosaur.....the list goes on. But it happens....just go with the flow.

I have been stuck on Small World, Spaceship Earth, and Haunted Mansion. The first time we were on it, we were stuck on Carousel of Progress, and the same song was playing over and over. So later on, we decided to ride again because we thought we missed something. Imagine our chagrin when we found out it was the last scene we were stuck on!

Got stuck on Ellen's Energy Adventure. Like that isn't the most boring ride already, lol - imagine sitting right between the dinosaurs and the last part forever. Eventually they walked us off.

Also got stuck on the boat ride in Mexico. Luckily we were very close to the end and we were able to kind of move ourselves along by pushing on the sides (per CM instruction).
