So. A month back I was forced to postpone a vacation due to health issues. Couldn't cancel and get my money back. So I used my insurance to reclaim the lost capital, as per the agreement. I have provided medical notes, bank statements and so on.

Inevitably, the insurance people are dragging their feet! To the tune of $549.01 I could put that money to good use!
