Strollers still free at MVMCP?

If so, will they give them out if we're entering at 4:00 - or do you have to wait until the official party time?

Not heard of this,if they do it would be at 7pm when MVMCP starts,I think.Hope someone can give you a better answer.

Does anyone know if they discount the electric scooter rental fee? I need one for my mother inlaw for the 11th. Maggie

Answering my own question for those who might be interested - yes, they are indeed free, and we were able to get it at 4:00 when we entered MK. No problem at all. Walked up to the stroller area, showed the CM my armband, and she said they were indeed complimentary for party guests.
