Strollers sold at Downtown Disney?

It seems that I read somewhere that you can purchase a pretty good stroller at downtown disney, but I can't find the information anywhere.

Does anyone know what kind of strollers they sell and approximately how much they cost?

I saw them in January at the toy store in DTD for $35. They had a canopy but I don't know if they reclined.

I didn't see any other stroller for sale there.
