Hello! I was just talking to someone who returned from Disney, and her advice to me was to put a balloon or huge ribbon, etc. on our stroller to make it easier to find. she said that if the entrace is far away from the exit the workers at the park will move your stroller to the exit of the attraction making the stroller nearly impossible to find. Is this true? I've never traveled with small children to Disney before and was wondering if there was truth to this. If there is, does this happen at most rides? Are balloons available for purchase at most parks? Thanks so much!

It does happen with a few rides, but not most. The only ride I remember this happening on was the Safari ride at AK, although we didn't do many attractions at MGM or AK, so it could happen more frequently than I think. Are you renting a WDW stroller? Then I could see having a problem finding it because they all look the same with only your last name in a pocket on the back to distinguish it from others. We brought our own and never had a problem finding it if it had been moved. You can buy balloons at the parks but they're not cheap. I'd bring a bandanna or scarf from home if you're concerned about this. Unless your kids really want a baloon that is! ;) Have fun!

The advice is good.
They will frequently move strollers. We mark ours and tie them together, but they just separate them and place them at opposite ends of the stroller parking. Okay, maybe not that bad. But, they move them frequently, so I would mark your stroller for easier identification--and hopefully prevent someone else from taking it--by mistake or otherwise.

Thank you! I think we will find something to identify the stroller, I definately don't want anyone to take our stroller by mistake. We will be taking our own stroller. Thanks so much for your advice.

We used to tie a red bandana to the handle of our stroller, which made it very easy to spot in a sea of navy blue strollers. Recently, however, we switched to lime green ribbon, to identify ourselves as DISers!

I wouldn't do a baloon IMHO they just get in the way while pushing and there are so many its not as easily to fine.

I went to Michaels and got the most unusual bandanna's I could find Even on our personal stroller it was a quick and easy way to find the stroller and for the rentals its a necessity.

The CM's will move the stroller along so its easier for you to find at the exit and to make room for new guests to park strollers at the entrance, it actually works fairly well. If you park a stroller in a place not designated they will also move those so best off just to use the spaces marked stroller parking, and there are many!!
