Do restaurants allow you to take storllers right upto the tables? Do all restaurants allow it? I mean not the umbrella strollers or the Disney owned ones but our personal bigger size baby stroller?

If not what options are available to infants not big enough for the high chair or for a sleeping baby?

Most of the restaurants have stroller parking outside, but don't allow strollers into the dining areas. If you have a sleeping infant in a stroller, you might find a sympathetic CM, but I wouldn't expect it. Most of the restaurants have very close quarters and strollers are really in the way.

Depending on how old your infant is, you might consider a sling or wrap that would allow you to "wear" your sleeping baby. If you are taking your regular stroller and your infant will be in an infant carrier, you'd be able to take that in with you. Otherwise, I think your main option will be to hold your child while you eat.

We've been able to bring a snoozing baby/toddler into restaurants in a stroller but the CMs didn't seem thrilled about it. If my daughter was awake, they absolutely wouldn't let us bring it in.

We took our son when he was 3 months and had the same dilemma as you. Some of the restaurants have a special high chairs for infants....it's called an infant seat. It kind of looks like a car seat that's affixed to a high chair base. These are not available at CS restaurants, only TS, and not even at all of those. For those restaurants that did not have the infant seat, they did accommodate us by allowing us to bring in our stroller....and we had a double umbrella stroller. The only TS places that didn't allow us to bring it in were Biergarten and the luau at the Poly....there wasn't enough room between the tables at these places since the tables are in rows on tiers and not scattered around randomly.

In June we had two sleeping three year old's in strollers. As we were attempting to take them out of their strollers, the CM at Crystal Palace told us not to bother. She was so nice! She just took the chairs away from our tables and we were able to wheel the stroller right up to the table. When they woke up, we brought the strollers outside and they sat in their chair.

Generally, strollers are not allowed in the Disney restaurants. The strollers can block the aisles and it would not be a good idea for the servers to have to go around while carrying food and drink near the children. One of the reasons why a high chair is a seat and a "person" in a party size.

If your infant is sleeping, you might be able to take a smaller stroller in with you (I'm a little concerned about your description of "bigger size" stroller). But that would be a exception if allowed.

If you think of it this way, strollers aren't usually found in Chili's or TGI Fridays either.

Our youngest DD was about 3 months old on her first WDW trip. We were able to bring her stroller (Peg P3 so not huge but not small either) into many places with no problems. Others had the Infant Highchairs.

Use the Stroller:

--Le Cellier

--Hoop Dee Doo

--Marrakesh

--Cape May

--Ohana

Used the Infant Highchair:

--Chef Mickey's

--Garden Grill

Used a Pouch Sling:

--San Angel

I would not count on being able to bring a stroller. The restaurants can be really crowded and there might be some exceptions to this but generally the restaurants don't allow it.
