Hi there loyal readers (and lurkers if their are any)

Things have been really crazy here with Thanksgiving and in law drama. Ugh! I do have some trip updates to make. We've made ADR's and Alex's first haircut booked. I'm getting REALLY excited for this trip! We really really need this. I'll be mailing out Alex's birthday party invites this week. They turned out great if I do say so myself We'll be getting Alex's one year portratis done this Thursday and our family Christmas pictures. I was scowering my closet trying to find something nice to wear but I wound up breaking down and buying something tonight at JCPennys. I'm pleased with it Can't wait to get our pictures done! I'll post them here for you all to see when we get them. I love Portrait Innovations since we get the prints back the same day and a CD of ALL the pictures they took whether we buy them or not. I think it's gonna be a good week. I only have a few more gifts to buy. My BFF and her DH are going to be here for Christmas so I want to get them some gifts and maybe do some stockings for them. She's like a sister to me so I'm very excited for them being here for Christmas. I'll make the update about our ADR's and Alex's hair cut appointment tomorrow from work. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Mine was ok up until the very end of the day when the In Law drama started. I prefer not to go into details but it's REALLY not good.

Thanks girl! I don't understand why in laws have to make things so difficult. And it's almost always the in laws on the DH's side that make things horrible. Ugh

I barely talk to my inlaws. Only one SIL talks to me and I only ever talk to my MIL on Facebook. Not a fun feeling. It's on DH's side.


I would be real excited about the pictures too. I loved the turkey butt picture on Facebook.

I have a feeling that's how it will be with us and my in laws too from now on. I unfriended my MIL on FB for now. It's that bad. It's really sad.

I love the one with the book...I have one like that we did with dd when she was about the same age! And of course the head/bust shots are beautiful...to me it is all about the face and most of my pictures of the kids are those type shots!
