Stroller rentals out front at each park?

We arrived early at the MK a few weeks ago and there were 2 CMs down by the dock doing advance stroller rentals. You could buy the one day or length of stay. Since we had the extra time anyway it was nice to get this out of the way and proceed straight to Dumbo after a quick stop just to pick up the stroller. I think the price was the same ($10?)

Do they usually have CMs out front at each park doing this?

I've only seen this done at the MK, the other parks don't seem to have the same stroller bottleneck. We usually buy a length of stay right there at the MK, buypassing the lines. They will refund any days you don't use.
