Stroller Rental and MNSSHP

Is the Stroller rental open to pick up a stroller during the MNSSHP? I am guessing yes, but wanted to be sure!

Stroller rental, as well as ECV and wheelchair rentals which are at the same location, are available at any time guests are permitted into the parks. That includes early entry for dining and late for EMH or parties.
