Stroller Recommendations

My wife and I are going to be taking our 4 kids to DW in late May (ages 12,10,6,4).
We will be staying 10 nights at the GF Villas.

Last May we rented a double stroller. So I know a stroller is usually a must with little ones regardless if they don't use them anymore at home. Especially my two little ones, as they are about the size of a average/big 3 year old (even at ages 4 and 6).

The one we rented last year was one of those standard Disney rental side by side double strollers. They are just so bulky. It really made walking the parks a huge chore. And the bus transportation was a pain. So much so we just started to call cabs when we wanted to go anywhere.

I was wondering if any had experience with a double configuration rental that wasn't side by side. Maybe a front a back config.

skip the stroller. especially a double wide. you can maybe make a case for a single for the 4 year old.

Both my daughters were "kicked out" of their strollers at age 3. It was a right of passage to them.

Sure, we had to take a lot of breaks, and maybe some shoulder time. But not being tied to the stupid stroller is life changing at disney.
