Hi all,

My family and I are planning a trip to Disney World and there have been several threads on the best lightweight strollers to take along.

Suggestions on the best strollers would be extremely helpful. I have twins and was going to buy two lightweight, but I wonder if anyone with twins used a double stroller and found it easier.

My children will be 3 when we visit.

Thanks a bunch!

You will probably get lots of different opinions on this but for us two light weight worked best. We have twin boys along with an older daughter. We had a side-by-side and the front/back type of double stroller but they always seemed so big and bulky! We took the 2 umbrella strollers when the boys were 2 and also 3. This worked fine for us because:

1) easy to fold on busses
2) easy to use in stores and small places
3) the boys could be separated, if needed
4) cheap stroller so we didn't care what happened to it.
5) easy for the boys to get in and out of

For the past two trips we have been stroller-free and loving it!

We have a 2 & 3 year old and always used our double front/back one until our last trip. Then we used an umbrella and a lightweight larger type umbrella stroller. DH complained the entire time because the umbrella was too short. When the 3 year old wanted to walk to umbrella was too long to stick under the other stroller so it was difficult to push the extra stroller and keep up with her. On the last day we ended up renting the double strolelr in the park ($15).
