Stroller question

I will be taking a 1 & 2 year old in December. I have a side by side double stroller, and individual strollers. I'm wondering if I should take the double or two separates. Here's what I'm thinking...
The double does not fit in most doors, its a jogging stroller so its pretty easy to push but not really easy to turn. Only one person would have to push (there will be 4 adults). Reclines a bit, will be okay for an occasional nap.
The singles: I've got a decent size, comfy stroller that fully reclines and has a large cargo basket. I have a small umbrella stroller, and my mom has a moderate size single stroller that reclines about the same as the double. But two people would always be responsible for a stroller. Also we could separate if we take the individuals.
A note neither of my boys are stroller babies, I think they will use them because they will get tired of walking and when we require them to be in it but they are not kids that will sit in one all day.
Also what about the buses, the double is pretty large.

Sorry I'm rambling, just not sure which to do...

I think you've answered your own question. The jogging stroller sounds entirely too unweildy and regardless of having two strollers, if one isn't in use, fold it up and put it into the other one!

On our last trip our little ones were 2 and 1. We took 2 Maclaren strollers. I considered bringing our Joovy Caboose, but the separate strollers seemed like they would be easier. It wasn't a problem at all. Getting on or off the bus, my DH would be in charge of the strollers and I'd take the kids. It worked out fine.

I read somewhere else that some folks brought those collapsible strollers that you get for around $20. If your kids 'might' not use them, then this other poster mentioned that they took the strollers and put them in those bags that the collapsible chairs come in, that way they could easily carry them over the shoulder if they needed to! Lighter is better :)

I got a McLaren double stroller for my 5 years old..it folds up small..very light n turns easliy

We have a lightweight Chicco umbrella stroller. We bought it for DD before our 2010 Disney trip. It folds up nicely and fits easily between our legs while riding on the busses. It still holds DD now and she's almost 6. We took it with us on our trip back in April and while our DD didn't use it asuch as our previous trip, it was nice to have.

I'm in the minority but I'd take a double. I've had two strollers at Disney and much prefer one. Does anyone have a smaller double you could borrow though? I have an Aria that I love for Disney, or what about an inexpensive double umbrella?

My only suggestion is to make sure that which ever stroller you bring is a good height to push without having to lean over the stroller. I've watched people with strollers and they look soooooo uncomfortable pushing them bc the handles are way to low...
