My kids will be 6 1/2, 5 and 22 months old when we take our trip to Disney World. Obviously, we'll need a stroller for our youngest. Should we bring the double stroller, or will the single be sufficient. Our two older kids do fine when we walk around the mall, etc., but I'm worried that they may get a bit tired out while walking around theme parks for several hours each day. However, I don't really want to bring the double stroller if it's unnecessary. It is a bit bulky!

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When our son was 6, we went over the summer and took daily breaks. On the day that we did not we rented him a stroller in the afternoon. Since they walk around the mall all day ok, I would probably not bring them a stroller, but rent one as needed. Or maybe just bring an umbrella stroller that they can take turns in.

The stroller for the young one and the umbrella for the others to take turns is a great idea. My older son (he was 4 1/2) got very tired walking around and my husband had him up on his shoulders when we didn't rent a stroller for him.

My kids never used a stroller at Disney after the age of 4. They never had a problem, if they got tired I usually was to and meant we needed to slow down. Our 5 yr old didn't use a stroller when we were there over Easter and at the parks from open till midnight. I would just take the stroller for the little one, much easier to navigate than a big double.
