Stroller Question - Double or Two Singles

The last time we used two strollers our kids were 5 and 2. The 5 year old didn't really use it in the morning, but was in it more frequently in the afternoon and evening. Our 2 year old was in it most of the time. We did also use them when we went to downtown disney, so that was a bonus. We went the 2 single stroller route because it meant that we could easily split up and ride different things with different kids if we needed or wanted to. (And yes, we did end up doing that!) We rented through an outside company, so we didn't have to drag it through the airport, and it was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel. Best $ I spent that entire trip. We found single strollers easy to manage, easy to fold. Only issue was trying to hold on to 2 of them on the bus... but even so it wasn't awful.

Little legs take little steps - so they might be taking 1 1/2 to 2 steps for every one you take... that might help to put it in perspective. My kids didn't need strollers at home - but we don't walk 8-10 miles a day in bright sun and high temps when we're at home.
Do what works for your family.

We have twins (4) and used a double last year and will again this year. We ran into other parents with two singles that said it was a pain to keep track of two strollers.

That being said, we have two older kids so we usually divide and conquer the resorts (one parent with the twins and one parent with the older two). Because of that, we NEED one stroller. Going at the 4 year olds' pace also doesn't work for us because we have the older two. If we only had the twins, we could maybe do without the stroller. It really depends on your family and how you like to attack the parks.

Since they are twins and probably have similar interests, I would go with a double. They most likely won't be separating much if at all so a double would be easier. It's easier to navigate one double through the crowds than trying not to get separated with two singles. A lot of other people at Disney don't seem to care about keeping groups together
