For luggage I've used simple hot pink curling ribbon on the handles. It makes it really easy to spot. Anything unique and bright should work to help identify your stroller.
As for a map of stroller parking... I think the location changes from day to day, or even during the day, depending on what may be going on in the parks or the crowds. We just got back from the parks. Although we do not have a stroller, I don't think you could miss stroller parking. In Fantasy land it was right in the middle of the land, near the carousel. There were usually multiple spots per land.
