Stroller Parent Organizer/Accessories

I thought I had read one time about a bag that velcros across the back of the stroller - kinda like a fanny pack for the stroller? I have a Joovy Sit and Stand and would like to add something small since the basket under is soooo teeny. Any suggestions?
