Stroller options for 9yo

I have friends who are thinking about year passes, so would probably be going to Disney at least 3-4 times in a year. Their son has fairly moderate autism. I think a stroller would probably be a big help. What are the options? I think he is probably 70-80 pounds.

Have them check walmart.com. There is a special needs jogger stroller there that can hold up to 150 pounds. We just got the smaller one that holds up to 80 pounds and so far love it. The brand name is Kool Stop. Karen
