Since you said "cheap"-I saw one at K-Mart yesterday-umbrella with a really nice sized sunshade. The basket underneath, while not huge, was as big as any I've seen on any brand umbrella/lightweight stroller and a lot bigger than some I've seen.
It was on a high shelf, and since I'm no longer in the market for a stroller (just bought one to take to WDW 2 weeks ago) I didn't take it down to check the recline or how it folds.
It had a snack tray with cupholder for baby, but I didn't see a cupholder for mom/dad, but again, it was on a shelf and I didn't look that closely, since I'm no longer in the market for one.
I can say I wish I had seen this one before I bought ours, because at $50, it was a lot cheaper than the one I bought and had features (like the snack tray) that mine doesn't. I certainly would have looked at it closely to see if it would have worked for us.

We love our Vista. It's great for walks and such. LO loves riding in it and I've def been spoiled by the basket. I go grocery shopping with it and can get quite a bit in there and then walk home. But I def don't like how heavy and big it is. We have a small car and we can't fit it in our car with much else. Never enough room to take it on a trip, b/c it takes our entire trunk and then there's no room for a suitcase. I'd say it's perfect if you walk a lot and want something sturdy. I feel like it can handle just about anything. Although I wouldn't rec it if you're thinking of taking it in the car a lot. Getting it in and out of the car a lot is a PAIN! Which is why I'm looking for a car stroller now. Oh, and although I love it, I wish I hadn't spent so much on it. I've seen used ones for good prices that I would snatch, but I wish I hadn't paid full price for it. HTH.
