I couldn't swear to all over the parks only b/c I have never paid that much attention. I bought mine in the gift shop at either pop century in 06 or asmu in 08. Since then I did see them at AKL when we stayed there and CSR. Every time I see them they are near the luggage or really I guess the stuff you "forgot at home" lol. You may be able to find them in shops nearest to the stroller rentals but def in all of the resort gift shops.

We have the mickey fan, I think the air flow is great. I only pd 1.00 for it at a yards sale.
