Stroller covers?

Does anyone know if the stroller covers that you buy in stores like babies r us will fit over the strollers you can rent in disney? I wanted to get one for incase it rains and we plan on renting a stroller when we get there. But i don't want to buy one for the trip if its not going to fit over the stroller. Thanks for any help!

I have no idea.

But I read somewhere that someone bought a plastic table cloth or a poncho from the dollar store, along with some clothes pins, and it worked well. It would probably be a whole lot cheaper as well.

We did this last year and it worked great! Very cheap! Everyone who saw our stroller covered commented on what a great idea it was. Also, just toss if you need the room in your suitcase!

BTW - we bought a very distinct, colorful pattern and stroller was EASILY located!

I don't know, but thought I'd share my favorite Disney comment from a passerby

I think the dis strollers are wider than standard strollers.

I made a cover for our canopied wagon. I took two clear shower curtains and used a rope through the holes where you hang the hooks. Cut off the extra that hangs on the bottom and used it as a flap on the top so it doesn't leak. HTH.

We use adult size ponchos.

I would use a poncho - I have done that before. My double stroller came with a cover and I really loved it so when I had my son his stroller didn't come with one so I bought the one they sell and I couldn't get it to work so I just use a poncho.

We used a Neat Sheet that we normally keep in the car. Came in handy sitting on the cold benches when we knew it wouldn't rain.
