Does anyone know if you can rent a Disney stroller from the international gateway entrance to Epcot? Or are you required to go up towards the front entrance?

Yes! There is one located right inside the entrance to the left.

just to note - you can do anything at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot as you can at the front. And, there are less guests!
