Stroller advise anyone?

Hi -

This is not exactly Disney, but, I know that you guys know the best stuff!

I need to get a new stroller for my tall DS, he is 2.5 now, and I cant fit him in the one we have - so - does anyone know what good choices are for really tall kids? (He is in the 99th percentile for height)

I would love one that had a removable tray, or at least one that pivots bc this is where I have trouble putting him in his feet and legs get stuck going in or out - he loves to have things (snacks etc.) and a place to put them when we walk. Recline does not matter bc he has never slept in the stroller he is much to interested in what is going on. Lightweight and a basket would be great too, but are less important than if he fits.

Since your child is 2 1/2 and VERY tall, your options are very limited. The stroller I'm going to recommend is a GREAT stroller for larger children (my DD almost 6 can ride fine in it) but it is expensive. It's the Peg Perego Pliko. It is a VERY durable stroller and is capable of carrying very large children because it is so big. It folds up like an umbrella stroller, so compact as well. It weights only 14 lbs, so very light and easy to move around. I love this stroller, and it is the best. There is a small "step" on the back in which an older child can ride on when there is a small child up front. The Pliko does have a bar across the front which does completely remove, or can pivot to get children in/out. You could attach a tray to it when needed. Give it a look.

What's your budget? I was going to recommend the Peg Perego Pliko as well. and if you've got the money, I would highly reco going up to the P3 version. We have one and even my DH likes this one!
