Hi All,
I love my husband,but he woke us up at 5:45 this morning. He got home safely from Chicago, thanks for the prayers. I couldn't sleep until after 1AM because I was worried. Well, he showered and went straight to work, so he could come home early. He was scheduled off, but decided he was so wired on caffiene, he might as well go in. Well, he kissed Katie before he left, and woke her up. We started our day then.
I dropped Katie off at school, and went in to the Y. I did 3 weight circuits(15 stations), and 60 minutes(4 miles) on the treaddie. I then di 15 minutes on the glider. Total time135 minutes. That is a good start to the exercise challenge.
I am dragging this afternoon. i am going to have a cup of coffee after this.

Fortunately, Katie is not whiny yet. I am putting her, and me, to bed early.
Breakfast: Morning start bar and tea-3 carbs.
Lunch- salad with ranch-6 carbs.
Snack-coffee 3 carbs.
Dinner- cheeseburger sans bun and salad. -7 carbs.
I should just squeek by with 20 carbs. I hope everyone is having a great day. Take care,
