Well, I'm back on track today. Nothing like having a million things to do to get you out of a funk. I need to go to the DMV, pick up my moms bday present. Help katie paint picture frames and vases for presents. I need to hit Tsrget, the bank, the Y, and the library, and the grocery store. I also have to pack and pick up the house. Oh I almost forgot, I need to fold 4 loads of laundry. I will also do my last workout at Curves tonight and cancel my membership. I will check journals tonight.
Plan for the day.
1.) Meds-22/22.
2.) Water 1l so far. I'm hoping for 4l today with weigh in tomorrow. 21/22.
3.) Exercise- WILL go to Curves -
4.) Meals-
Breakfast was 2 pieces of sausage and a piece of cheese. My SF vanilla coffee of course.
Lunch-a cheeseburger on the run.
Dinner- Chicken A la Amanda.
