Does Stride Rite ever have coupons available? I'm wanting to get DD1 a pair of traditional baby walkers but they are priced at $40. Ouch! Haven't been on sale since I've been keeping an eye out for the last several months.

I don't ever recall seeing Stride Rite coupons, but sometimes they have a buy 1, get 1 at 50% off sale.

Do you have any Stride Rite outlets near you? I have one near me and I can often get shoes for 50% less than in their regular stores.

I second the outlet suggestion. I got DS5 his last pair of tennis shoes there for 24.00 last month. Great shoes, he loves them. Saw the VERY same pair of shoes at Macy's yesterday for 49.00 That is crazy!!! Twice as much!!!!

Also unless your doctor advised the traditional walkers, maybe consider a different style of shoe. My oldest NEEDED the support if that shoe, youngest did not. Any of their shoes have the right combo of flexibility and support a early walker needs. SR also has so many more REALLY cute styles than when my oldest was little.
