Hi All!
DS 7 is questioning... can you believe that some kids in his class are telling him that there is no Santa?
Oye... so, we are looking for some fun ideas to prove that Santa came on Christmas Eve.
Here are mine so far...
Santa's Magic Dust (glitter) scattered at the door, over the presents under the tree and on the table near his cookies. We've done this in the past and the kids were AMAZED!
New one... How about putting a pile of those KitKat Bites (or other small round chocolate candies) out on the roof so they can see them from their bedroom window? Now, I can hope for NO SNOW on the roof, so I don't have to worry about leaving hoofprints.
Another idea, based on the same, would be leaving reindeer food out on the lawn and then leaving the poop next to it for the morning, but then they might pick it up and see it is chocolate! lol...
Better on the roof where they can't get to it (of course the Mom in me would worry they WOULD try to get it!
)
Any other ideas out there? What have you done to prolong the magic? What other tricks have you played?
Thanks!
Karen
