Has anyone had any success trying to stretch Crocs? I purchased a pair of their new style mary jane shoes, and boy, do they run small! My toes are touching the front of the shoe.:(

Looking at the paperwork they charge $7.50 for shipping them back, even if you just want an exchange. So I thought before I did that, I would ask if anyone has any ideas how I may be able to make them work.

???

Sorry to tell you, but I've never been able to stretch Crocs. Even if you can temporarily, they just go right back to the original size/shape. :confused3

Personally, I would try calling them and letting them know you were surprised at the difference in size. You ordered your normal Crocs size, they're surprisingly too small, and now you feel stuck because of the exchange fee. You may just get a nice person who can waive that fee for you. I find that calling and speaking with someone many times gets you a lot further than you expect.

When I was pregnant my feet swelled up and they did stretch... Afterwards they were too loose for me to wear...I did wear them one day in the rain left them out side to dry and then they shrunk from the heat...So I'm wearing them again...I'm not sure if that will help but my experience is the were the most comfortable shoes when I was pregnant wore them everyday and they did stretch...

I was interested in those also, and my co-worker got a pair & told me the exact same thing about them being tight. She said it took about 2-3 weeks of wearing them around the house before they stretched out.

They do stretch as you wear them, but they're not going to stretch out to be longer. They don't fit and you need to send them back, but if not then well I guess you deal with your toes touching the end!

I don't have any tips for stretching but I found the same thing. Mary Jane style is all I will wear. Just last month I was at Crocs store and wanted another pair, thankfully I tried them on. The size I always wore, my ties were just about popping out the holes. A size bigger was way to big. I done know why they changed them, but there goes me buying them.

You can stretch or shrink crocs by heating them in the dryer. Put them in for a short time... maybe a minute... they will be hot and pliable. Wear the crocs with some socks or have someone with bigger feet wear them.

Thanks for telling me what I was afraid of. No point in ordering another pair if they will be too loose.

I think I'm going to try the dryer trick. Fingers crossed!
