Sister & I booked on the DW website at the same time matching vacations for our families of 4 & opted for the limo upgrade instead of the DW airport shuttle bus. As our arrival date drew near, sister got a call from Star Transportation confirming the arrival time for the limo. I never got a call. Our big group of 8 got off the plane & after much confusion in the airport finally found only 1 limo driver with my family's name on a dry erase board. Nothing for my sister's family. My driver didn't know anything about sister's limo reservation but attempted to make some calls to clear up the mess. In the end, we piled all 8 of us into my limo which had plenty of room, although 1 or 2 pieces of luggage had to go in the front seat. (The DW website said the limo could only hold 5 or 6 passengers but we got all 8 inside with room to spare).
Sister later called Star who said they never had an arrival time for her. She got mad, citing the confirmation call that she received just days before arriving!
Fast forward 7 days and sister was told her family needed to be ready at 4:15 a.m. for the limo ride back to the airport. The limo did not arrive at the resort until 5 a.m. They got to boarding gate with just a minute to spare! M
Since we've now done the limo, we won't do it again. I don't recommend Star Transportation.
