We have been a few times to DLR and DCA being that we are annual passholders but this is the first time i had seen this and thought it was really neat. Had heard about it before but had never seen it until this day in DCA Done with the water he has in the receptacle and notice his broom is different than the other cm's

We always see someone doing this over by Meter's ride in DCA! It is so cool!!!

I've seen it a few times in DL on Main St. Most recently between the corn dog wagon line and photo supply. In WDW it's custodial CMs. I know someone who did DCP who would get to do it sometimes. Every time I've seen it at DLR it's the same CM, and he doesn't have any real cleaning supplies. I think this is like the Push CM and that he's sort of hiding in plain sight.

I've never seen that at DL/DCA but saw some first thing in the morning when we went to EPCOT last December!
