I'm housesitting for my sister, and she told me before she left that there has been a stray cat around. She has seen it drinking out of a water feature she has in her front yard. Some of the kids tried to catch it, but they were unsuccessful.
Well, it is back. And it seems very friendly. Problem is, I am highly allergic to cats. And my sis's hubby isn't sure he want a cat for a pet. So I don't know what to do. I hate just seeing it run around, as it has been very cold at night already. But if I catch it, I don't know what to do with it. My keeping it is not a choice. I have been outside sitting on the porch, and it rubbed up against me, and I am already fighting to not itch my eyes. Plus, my 2 dogs would not like a kitty around the house.
Is there anything I can do? Should I just let it be? Try and catch it and do what with it?
