Strawberry soup

Can the Strawberry Soup be found in any other restaurant in the GF (or WDW for that matter) other than 1900 Park Fair?

I don't think so I've never seen it on any other menu and it defnately wasn't at any of the other breakfast buffets we went to. I think we've been to them all except Crystal Palace because it was closed last January when we were there.
